Executive Functioning Skills By Age

Executive functioning refers to a set of mental skills that help individuals manage and regulate their thoughts, actions, and emotions in order to achieve goals. These skills are extremely age-dependent.

To help parents understand how their child may be developing relative to expectations I have shared below a great visual created by Life Skills Advocate.
