A comprehensive psychoeducational assessment includes a thorough record review, observations, interviews, cognitive or IQ testing, psychological processing testing, academic achievement testing, and social-emotional/behavioral rating scales, if there are concerns in this area. Assessments are also used to identify the student's strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for how to best support the student.
